Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • There is just one step to enter the main level, and a full flight to enter the second story.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person making the reservation must sign the agreement and must be one of the guests staying at the property for the reserved dates.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the outside firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax. Please do not use the firewood on the indoor fireplace.

Parking Information

  • This home has a gravel driveway with graveled capacity for 2 vehicles and the road to it includes a sharp switchback turn.
  • 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather.
  • Low-slung or very large vehicles are not recommended to access this home any time of year.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • The home includes a starter set of paper products: one roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These supplies are typically sufficient for one or two nights.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of the amount paid to date.
  • Cancellations within 31-60 days before the arrival date will be refunded 50%.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival do not receive a refund unless the property is rebooked.
  • If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
